Speaker Amanda Hampson
Amanda Hampson attended University College Swansea and Birmingham University where she studied environmental biology. She spent years as editor of the Lancet the medical journal and worked abroad for many years.
She has written many books of poetry, the latest being ‘The Jurassic Coast: a Poet’s journey.’
The talk will cover her journey from career to retirement, writing poetry and the aspects of publishing and poetry. The book opens with a poem about Golden Cap.
