Portland House in Weymouth is a stunning 1930s art deco holiday villa, not usually open to the public. However occasionally the NT allows people to visit and explore the house with its original art deco features, walk up the palm-lined path and admire wonderful sea views over Portland Harbour. Hundreds of people take advantage of this opportunity whenever it is available (generally three days in the Spring and three days in the Autumn).
The 2019 opportunity was on 4-6th October when these photos were taken.
